When the matter is called out, Petitioner and his counsel both remain absent. The Writ Petition is pending since the year 2017. The record reveals that the Petitioner put in question the impugned decree of dissolution of marriage passed by the learned Family Court, Mumbai in Petition No. A953 of 2010. Admittedly, being a final decree, the present legal remedy of Writ Petition availed on behalf of Petitioner appears not within the purview of law. Moreover, the Petitioner and his counsel remain absent, there was no efforts to pursue the matter since year 2017 for further process. Waghmare 1/2
