By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 13 days and has applied for setting aside the order dated 30th August, 2016, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) and seeks restoration of Second Appeal (Stamp) No.13707 of 2016. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the office objections could not be removed due to unavoidable circumstances and seeks eight weeks time to remove all the office objections. The statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant is accepted.

The civil application is accordingly made absolute in terms 1/2

911-cas1687-16 of prayer clauses (a-i), (b) and (c) on the condition that all the office objections will be removed within eight weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. No order as to costs.
