These petitions are filed by the respective employees of the Respondent- Management towards their service-related disputes and arrears of salary. Learned counsel for the parties state that Petitioner in both petitions have signed consent terms with RespondentManagement. The Registry has examined the consent terms as

By the consent terms, the parties have resolved service disputes and have arrived at an arrangement regarding the monetary dues. We have gone through the consent terms which is taken on record and marked as "X". We make it clear that these consent terms will be only between the Petitioners and Respondent- Management and will not bind State authorities who are not signatory to these consent terms 2.

Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of in terms of consent terms.
