Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Respondent No.3-the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the proposal dated 29th June 2016 submitted by the Headmaster of Respondent No.5-school requesting to grant approval to the appointment of Petitioner as assistant teacher as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and Respondent No. 3 shall decide the said proposal patilsr 1 / 2

independently, on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law. 2.

In order to enable Respondent No. 3 to comply with the directions given hereinabove, the Petitioner shall attend 3rd respondent's office on 9th April 2018 at 11.00 a.m with a copy of the said proposal and a copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
