The Applicant applied for discharge before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Pune under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ["SC & ST Act"]. He was not discharged as per the order dated 21st December, 2022.

He was in jail in another offence and that is why, he could not prefer a Revision in time. Learned APP opposed the prayer for condonation of delay.
