This application is filed by the petitioner to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 as proposed respondent nos.1A to 1C. The counsel appearing for the proposed respondents has no objection.

Civil Application therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a). Amendment to the petition be carried out within two weeks from today. Copy of the amended petition to be served within one week thereafter.

At this stage, the Advocate for the proposed respondents states that the name of proposed respondent no.1B which is shown as

KJ 2/2 CAW55.15 'Rajiv Mohan Jhangiani' is actually 'Ranjeev Mohan Jhangiani'. The counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the Civil Application. Leave to amend granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification dispensed with. Stand over to 13.2.2015.
