1] By a reasoned Order dated 09.10.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief with a direction to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and to join the process of investigation. 2] Perused the record of investigation. The record indicates that the applicant has already revealed the name of the concerned person who facilitated her in procuring the said bogus caste validity certificate. 3] In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 9th October 2017 is confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 10.00 a.m to 12.00 noon 1/2
