The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the management has committed contempt of the order dated 10 March, 2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.459 of 2022. 2.

We have perused the said order. The order directs the Education Officer to decide the representation of the petitioner. The Education Officer has already decided the representation and directed the management to reconsider the said transfer.

The order of this Court is complied by the Education Officer. This Court has not further issued directions against the management. There cannot be any contempt of the order of the Education Officer by the management. It is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps. 4.
