By this application, the applicant is seeking interim protection, till the final disposal of her Anticipatory Bail Application, which is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay. It appears that vide order dated 16th October, 2015, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay has rejected the applicant's prayer for interim protection and notice was issued making the same returnable on
2/3 23rd October, 2015.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant states that subsequent to the rejection of the ad-interim protection, FIR was lodged as against the applicant and others on 17th October, 2015. 3.
Since the learned Additional Sessions has issued notice making the same returnable on 23rd October, 2015, it will be appropriate to request the learned Additional Sessions Judge to decide the main application for Anticipatory Bail preferably on the said date. 4.
Accordingly, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay is requested to decide the main application for Anticipatory Bail preferably on the aforesaid date i.e. 23rd October, 2015, on its own merits. 5.
Learned APP to furnish a copy of the FIR on the Counsel for the applicant forthwith.

In view of the aforesaid order, the learned Senior Counsel for
3/3 the applicant does not press this application at this stage. 7.
