The learned Counsel for the Corporation submits that there are deficiencies in the regularization applications submitted by the petitioners. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that they would submit necessary documents complying with the requirements of the Corporation, within fifteen days.

In case the petitioners comply with the requirements, the corporation shall consider it.

The interveners also intend to file objections to the corporation.

In case such objections are received, the corporation shall consider all the material produced before it and after completing necessary formalities, shall decide the matter. 5.

Till the applications are decided and two weeks thereafter, no coercive action be taken.

6.

Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
