Heard Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. After hearing the Applicant/Petitioner, which is a limited company, interim order has been granted on 26th September 2014. Prayer clause (e) in the main Writ Petition proceeded on the footing that the Applicant does not require a license. The prayer clause (e), was not granted. There is no change in the circumstances pleaded in this Application.

Therefore, interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of this Civil Application cannot be granted. Application is accordingly rejected. 3.
Hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited.
