Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that for getting the statement of the Petitioner recorded as a complainant, the Petitioner would approach the concerned Police Station. We accept this statement. We direct the station in-charge of Gavdevi Police Station, Mumbai to record the statement of the Petitioner when he attends the police station and act in accordance with law. The petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
