Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner, working with Respondent No.4/Educational Institute, has filed this petition with a prayer for direction to Respondent No.2 /Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur to take steps as regards Petitioner's representation dated 15 November 2021.

By this representation, the Petitioner has made a grievance that Sneha Chavan

2 99 WP-4256-22=.doc his salary for the period August, September and October 2021 is not released and after October 2021 regular salary is also not released and necessary direction be given.

Respondent No.2 Education Officer will look into the grievance of the Petitioner and call for necessary information from Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and issue directions as may be suitable in law and fact.

By this order we have not directed the Education officer to take a particular course of action in favour of the Petitioner or Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, which decision the Respondent No.2/ Education Officer will have to take on merits. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of.
