The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that now the Courts have started functioning in `A' wing of the new District Court Building.

The Government Pleader on instructions states that a policy decision has been taken by the State government that whenever security is provided to the Court Complexes, through the Maharashtra Security Corporation, the State Government will enter into an agreement with the said Security Corporation and the Principal District Judges or the Incharge Judges will not be required to enter into such agreements. We accept the said statement. This decision is in respect of all Courts in this State and therefore,

wp11608 an affidavit to that effect shall be filed. He states that the notional posts of Gardeners and Liftmen will be created for `A' wing within a period of four weeks from today, and thereafter, the Principal District Judge will be entitled to appoint Gardeners and Liftmen on daily wages basis. We accept the said statement.

Compliance affidavit on the aforesaid two aspects as well as the present status of the construction of `B' wing and other allied work shall be filed by the State Government on or before 8th June 2018. Place the petition under the caption of `Directions' on 13th June 2018.
