Heard learned counsel for the parties.

An approval is granted by the impugned order to the Petitioner's appointment but from 01 August 2014. According to the Petitioner, the approval should have been granted with effect from 15 December 2000.

The Petitioner has already made a representation to the Deputy Director of Education for this relief. The representation has gone unanswered. Had representation/reply would have been considered, the Petitioner would have dealt with the grounds sought Sneha Chavan

2 93 WP-8880-21 =.doc to be put forth by the State. Not deciding representation nor giving reasons, entails this Court to examine various factual aspect at the first instance.

The petition is disposed of directing Deputy Director of Education to examine the representation made by the Petitioner and pass a reasoned order dealing with the necessary legal and factual position, subject to earlier time bond directions and pressing public duties, within a period of twelve weeks from today. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of.
