By this application, the applicant is seeking interim protection, till the final disposal of his Anticipatory Bail Application, which is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bombay. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the matter is posted before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, on 23rd October, 2015.

Considering the fact that the matter is kept before the learned

Accordingly, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bombay is requested to decide the main application for Anticipatory Bail preferably on the aforesaid date i.e. 23rd October, 2015. 5.

In view of the aforesaid order, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application at this stage. 6.

The Application is disposed of in above terms. 7.

It is made clear that the main application for Anticipatory Bail be decided on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations made in this order.
