The subject matter of the present petitions concerns pensionary benefits of the Petitioners, who have worked as Anganwadi Supervisors, having worked earlier as Anganwadi Sevikas, by relaxing the period of pensionable service by a couple of months. Learned AGP for the Respondent-State (Respondent Nos. 1 to 3) and learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad and other authorities (Respondent Nos. 4 to 6) submit that if a proper proposal is submitted in this behalf by the Petitioners, it shall

We, accordingly, dispose of the present petitions by directing Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 to submit proposals received from the Petitioners either in pursuance of Rule 110 of Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982, or under Rule 57, Note 1 of those Rules to Respondent No.1. The proposals shall be forwarded within a period of two weeks of their receipt from the Petitioners.

Upon receipt of such proposals from Respondent Nos. 4 to 6, Respondent No.1 shall process the same and take final decisions on such proposals and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of six weeks of such receipt. 4.

All rights and contentions of the parties on merits in that behalf are kept open.
