By this Petition, under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are challenging the order dated 22/07/2019 passed by Respondent No.2 in Application No. ACC/V/61/2018 fled by the Petitioner and Respondent No.13.

On 8th March, 2021, both the parties argued the matter at length. During the course of argument, it was decided by the parties that if the offcer from the Charity Commissioner held election of Executive Committee of Respondent No.2, they have no objection and the matter may be disposed of with those directions.

Today the learned counsel for the Petitioners and Respondent No.4 has fled minutes of order dated 12/03/2021 which is duly signed by them. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. The same is accepted. The minutes of order dated 12/03/2021 reads thus:

"MINUTES OF THE ORDER 1.

The Petitioner and Respondent have mutually agreed and decided that they have no objection if election of the Executive Committee of the Petitioner No.2 trust be held by the Respondent No.2, Mumbai, through representatives/election offcer appointed by the Respondent No.2 on or before 15th April 2021.

All the change Reports pertaining to present petition pending before Respondent No.2 shall be decided by him on its own merits, without being infuenced by any order passed in this petition.

3.

In view of the above, the present Petition be disposed-off in terms of this Minutes of Order." 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6.

No order as to costs.
