Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the respondent. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed following documents on record :- (i) Registration of Certificate of a BMW Car being Registration No. MH-09-CG-3113 registered in the name of the respondent wife.

(ii) Motorcycle / scooter Registration No. MH-09-EE-2021 model - Yama Fascino registered in the name of the respondent wife.

36-2776-2022-WP=.doc (iii) Orders placed by the respondent wife as a Manager of Moreshwar Medical, which according to the learned Counsel for the petitioner belongs to the respondent wife. (iv) Cancellation of leave and license agreement between the respondent wife and one Mr. Subhash S. Shete. 3.

Having perused the impugned order, the petition can be disposed of by issuing following Directions :- (i) From the impugned order it is apparent that the learned trial Court has not correctly and properly appreciated all the documents while awarding interim maintenance to the respondent - wife.

(ii) The Family Court, Kolhapur shall after considering the documents placed on record by the petitioner as well as by the respondent and after giving them due opportunity, decide the application for interim maintenance as expeditiously as possible. (iii) Parties shall appear before the Family Court, Kolhapur on 30th June, 2023.
