The learned APP make a categorical statement that, the notice under section 41-A of Cr.P.C was issued on 18/08/2022, considering that the accusations faced by the applicants are under sections 408 and 420 r/w, 34 of IPC along with sections 72 and 72-A of Information Technology Act.

Let the applicants report to the Investigating Officer within a period of seven days from today and they shall render their Ashish Mhaske

In case the Investigating Officer arrives at the conclusion that, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is necessary, he shall record the reasons to that effect, as contemplated under section 41-A of Cr.P.C. He shall also give 72 hours notice if he wants to effect their arrest.
