Heard Mr.Amey Deshpande, learned Counsel for the Applicants, at length.

This is an application for recalling the order dated 8.8.2016, thereby restoring the Writ Petition after condoning the delay of 40 days in filing the application. Mr. Deshpande submitted that by order dated 8.8.2016, the applicants was given three weeks time to remove all office objections, failing which the Petition was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. As the objections were not removed within three weeks, the Petition stood dismissed. He assures that after restoration of the Writ Petition, within one week, he will remove the office objections. He further states

In view of these submissions as also for the reasons set out in the application, which are not controverted, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. The applicants shall remove office objections within one week from today.
