Heard the learned APP and respective Counsel for the respondents. Perused the evidence.

Leave to appeal is granted. The application is disposed of accordingly.

The appeal admitted.

Action under section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 be initiated.

The respondents shall appear before the Special Judge, Talwalkar

3.als118.15.doc Pune before 4th October, 2019 and shall be released on bail furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.

The respondents shall also file an undertaking that they would appear before the concerned court once in 6 months on the date assigned by the learned Special Judge. Upon failure to attend any two consecutive dates, the learned Special Judge shall intimate the same to the High Court and the prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
