Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3. Respondent No.4 is also represented by learned counsel.

It will be open for the Applicants to make appropriate application in accordance with law before the appropriate officer under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 for entering their names in the cultivation column of the Revenue Record in respect of the land in question. If such application is made, the concerned Authority shall

caw-139.15.sxw deal with the same and pass order thereon within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application. While passing the order, the concerned Authority is bound to take into consideration the interim order dated 2 nd March, 2009 passed in the main Writ Petition. 3.
