Mr. Bodake, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time seeks withdrawal of the Petition. He states that the main petition which is pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur being Hindu Marriage Petition No. 607 of 2021 be directed to be disposed of expeditiously.

After taking instructions from the father of the Petitioner, who is present in ;the Court, Mr. Bodake, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the impugned order dated 5th August 2023 will be complied with within a period of one month from today. He also states that the Petitioner will 1/2

52 WP 12875.23.doc pay amount of maintenance of Rs.75,000/- per month as directed by the impugned order in the account of the Respondent-wife till conclusion of the proceedings. 3.

If the Petitioner complies with the order dated 5th August 2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur below Exhibit 7 in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 607 of 2021 as per above direction, then the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur is requested to expeditiously hear the said Hindu Marriage Petition No. 607 of 2021 and in any event to dispose of the same on or before 31st March 2025. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, subject to above.
