Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the Respondents.

It appears that the appeal fled by the Petitioner is pending before Respondent No. 4. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the hearing was conducted in the said matter on 05th October, 2021 but the order is not passed as yet.

As almost six months have lapsed, the order is not passed, the R.V. Patil

4 WP.504.2022 AS.doc authority will have to conduct rehearing of the matter. 4.

The authority (Respondent No. 4) where the appeal fled by the Petitioner is pending, shall endevour to decide the said appeal on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within two months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before the authority. The Petitioner shall appear before the authority on 04th April, 2022. 5.

All contentions of respective parties are kept open. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
