The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution on account of non-appearance of the Advocate for the Petitioners on 20/08/2016. The Applicants also pray for condonation of delay of 27 days in filing the above Civil Application. The reasons for the non-appearance of the advocate for the Petitioners on the said day and as also for the delay are mentioned in the above Civil Application.

The learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits to the orders of the Court.
