This is an application for relaxing condition No.(ii) imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by an Order dated 01.09.2016. The condition No.(ii) reads as under: "(ii). After his release from jail, the Applicant shall attend Dahisar Police Station, once in a month i.e. on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. till the completion of trial". Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that since the date of his release from jail, the Applicant has sincerely complied with the said condition. He further submitted that, Applicant has got employment with ISC Company at Sneha Chavan 1/2

10 appp 928-17=.doc Khargone in the state of Madhya Pradesh and it is very difficult for him to attend the said Police Station every first Monday of the month. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is hereby modified and the Applicant is directed to attend Dahisar Police Station once in three months on every first Saturday of the said third month between 11.00 to 2.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial.
