The Petitioner has certain grievances regarding construction of crematorium at Dachkul Pada, behind Sai Palace, Village Kashimira, Mira Road (East), Thane. The Petitioner has made a representation dated 2611-2020 (Exh.H page 52 of the Petition) and a representation dated 16-022021 (Exh.K page 57 of the Petition). The Petitioner also claims that the said land where the crematorium is constructed belongs to him and in respect of which has has filed a civil suit.

It is an admitted position that the crematorium has already been constructed pursuant to work order for renovation after a Tender was floated Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

In the circumstances, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.3-Asst.Municipal Commissioner, Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation to decide the above representations dated 26.11.2020 and 16.02.2021 of the Petitioner within 12 weeks from today.
