With the assistance of learned counsel for the respondents, we have perused the writ petition and the documents annexed therewith. The petitioner sought admission for the Engineering College Course at the respondent no.4-College. The admission sought was in the OBC Category. The petitioner applied for grant of Validity Certificate on 20th July 2018 and he was issued a certificate to that effect. However, the petitioner' s admission came to be cancelled on the ground that the Validity Certificate was not submitted by him within the prescribed time. 3.
On 10th October 2018, this Court passed an interim order in terms of prayer clauses (e) and (f) by virtue of which the admission of the petitioner was protected and he was permitted to appear for the examinations in that regard.

It is informed by the learned counsel for respondent no.4-College that the petitioner has completed his education in the meanwhile. 5.
In view of the aforesaid, we do not find any reason to keep the present writ petition pending. It is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 10th October 2018.
