During the arguments, we find that charge sheet has been already filed.

The contention of the petitioners is in FIR itself there is no material against present petitioners. The learned APP submits that in charge sheet there may be some additional material. We are not inclined to dwell more into controversy at this stage. As charge sheet is filed petitioners can approach the trial Court and raise all contentions there.

Hence, with said liberty to petitioners, we dispose of present petition.
