When the matter came up for hearing, the only limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is to dispose of the petition by directing Respondent No.2-Sub-Divisional Officer, Vasai to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's pending appeal at Exhibit 'C' against the entry in the record.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of the present petition by directing Respondent No.2 to examine the petitioner's appeal and pass appropriate orders on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
