Leave to amend so as to join the State of Maharashtra as a party Respondent to the above Writ Petition. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Revisionary Authority i.e. the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, to dispose of the Revision filed by the Petitioners within a particular time frame. Upon this, the Learned AGP Shri. S. D. Rayrikar states that at present office of the Additional Commissioner is vacant in view of the fact that earlier incumbent has retired. Having regard to the aforesaid fact, it would be just and proper to direct the Revisionary Authority to hear and BGP.

decide the Revision latest by 28.02.2017. With the aforesaid direction, Writ Petition is disposed of.
