By this First Appeal, the Appellant challenges the order dated 07.03.2018 passed by the MACT, Solapur in MACP No.161/2016 holding that the Respondent - claimants are entitled to sum of Rs.8,79,138/- by way of compensation with 9% p.a. interest.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that by this appeal, they are challenging the impugned judgment and award only to the extent of quantum.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant, the following order is passed:
