Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused victim's statement recorded under Section 24 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Ofences Act, 2012. Age of the victim is four years. There is evidence in the form of medical reports, which prima-facie corroborate statement of the victim. In view of this, application deserves no consideration. It is rejected.
