The parties to the Application have amicably resolved their disputes and have obtained decree for divorce under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The parties have placed on record certified copy of judgment and decree in Marriage Petition No.378 of 2018. Clause-9 of the said terms permits respondent No.1/wife to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,30,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand Only) deposited in this Court. In that view of the matter, respondent No.1/wife is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.1,30,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand Only) along with accrued interest, if any.

In view of the settlement of dispute, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the Revision Application and the same shall disposed of accordingly. No costs.
