This Petition is filed impugning judgment and order dated 4th September, 2015 passed by the Respondent - Committee invalidating the caste claim of the Petitioner. The Petition has been filed more than three years after the date of the impugned order. We are not at all satisfied with the explanation given for the delay in filing of the Petition.

Hence, the Petition is dismissed solely on the ground of delay and laches. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we make it clear that this order shall not come into the way of the future progeny, if any, of the Petitioner in the event they 1/2
