Learned counsel for the applicants states that all the respondents are served. By an order dated 15th December, 2011 this court has while admitting Second Appeal No.6 of 2011 had passed an order in this civil application directing all the parties to maintain status quo as on the date of the said order in respect of the suit property. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondents though served. 2.
