By the present petition, the petitioner challenges the findings of report dated 16.12.2014 filed pursuant to inquiry held under section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 which has been challenged by filing five appeals bearing Nos.35 to 39 of 2015 both inclusive. In these five appeals since there was no order of stay granted, the recovery certificate came to be issued under section 98. Accordingly, on 4.2.2015 these recovery certificates are also now challenged in the revision application bearing No.44/2015 to 48/2015. All the aforesaid ten applications are now pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar respondent no.2. 2.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 4

w10479.15 states that the appeals as well as revision applications are listed before respondent no.2 on 30th October, 2015 on which day all these appeals and revision applications will be heard. She further states that the orders thereon will be passed within a period of two weeks thereafter. Hence this petitions can be conveniently disposed of by the following order : Respondent no.2 shall hear appeal no.35 of 2015 to 39 of 2015 both inclusive and revision applications No.44 of 2015 to 48 of 2015 both inclusive on or before 4th November, 2015. An endeavor shall be made by the Authority to dispose of main application themselves i.e. next date of hearing i.e. 30th October, 2015 and pass necessary orders before 4th November, 2015. The petitions are disposed of in above terms. No orders as to the costs.

In the meantime no coercive steps shall be taken till the next date.

Parties to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Registry of this Court.
