By this application, the Applicant-Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 67 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 07.03.2018 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Solapur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 161 of 2016. 3.

Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out the case for following order :- (i) Delay of 67 days in filing the First Appeal is condoned. (ii) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. (iii) No order as to costs.
