The learned counsel for the applicant had sought an adjournment on 18.1.2018 and after taking into consideration the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Hussain & Anr. vs. Union of India reported in AIR 2017 SC 1362, this Court had granted last chance. Hence, this Court is of the opinion that the applicant and the learned counsel are not interested in prosecuting the application any further. The application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
