Application is filed for condonation of 25 days delay occurred in filing above appeal. By the impugned judgment and order, the Applicants have been convicted of the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment. The Applicants are in custody. The Applicant has explained delay by making averments in paragraph 2 of the application. Reasons for condonation of delay are satisfactory. We therefore condone the delay. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
