P.C. :

1) Heard rival submissions on all four applications for condonation of delay. There is delay of about 35 days in each matter in preferring the application for leave to file appeal challenging the acquittal of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the matter of offence u/s 138 of N.I. Act.

43-APPLN-584-14.doc 2/2 2) For the reasons stated in the applications, delay is condoned. Application for leave to file appeal to stand over for four weeks. Applications for delay condonation are disposed of.

3) So far as the hearing on the admission of applications for leave to file appeal, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 stated that he has not been served with the notes of evidence in all four matters and they are not annexed to the applications / appeals. On this learned counsel for the applicant stated that he is ready with the notes of evidence and one set is being given to the learned counsel for the respondents in the court. He further placed one set of notes of evidence for the perusal of the Court. By consent stand over for four weeks for the hearing of the applications for leave to appeal. (A.R.JOSHI, J.) 2/2
