In this Application the Applicant original Defendant No.2 made a prayer for directing the Respondent Nos.4 to 15 to inform the names and address of the legal heirs of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to the Applicant. Letter dated 28/09/2015 written by Advocate Kavita A. Shah for the Respondent discloses the names of legal heirs of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 wherein it is stated by the Respondent that it is not necessary to bring the legal heirs of Respondent No.3 who expired on 18/12/2012.

Considering these facts following order is passed:

6 Weeks time is granted to the Applicant Defendant No.4 to take out appropriate proceedings, if they so desire, for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in First Appeal No.794/2014.

Liberty granted to the Applicant to take out appropriate Application for remaining prayers in the Civil Application c.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
