Learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the trial is on the verge of completion. 2.

Learned APP submits that the DNA report qua the victim is positive, in the sense, the accused appears to be the biological father of the aborted fetus. In that view of the matter, there is no point in keeping the application for bail pending.
