1) This is an application for modification of condition No.3(ii) imposed upon the applicant by this Court by its Order dated 23rd March 2016 while granting interim relief. The said condition reads as under: "The applicant-accused shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and attend the concerned police station on every Monday from 7.p.m to 8.00 p.m until further orders"

2) By an Order dated 4th October 2016, the said interim relief is confirmed by this Court. In view of the facts mentioned in the application, the condition No.3(ii) is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the concerned

Dond 2/2 appp.886-2016.sxw police station on every first Monday of the month between 7.00 p.m to 8.00 p.m till filing of the chargesheet.
