Order dated 4.5.2022 in Bail Application No. 1941 of 2021 reveals that previous application for bail was withdrawn after this Court had expressed disinclination to grant bail. Leave was sought to file fresh application after evidence of eye witnesses who had allegedly identified the Applicant was recorded.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that till date charge is not framed. She states that directions may be given to the Sessions Court to frame charge and to record the evidence of eye witnesses. 3.

She seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. Application is dismissed as withdarwn.
