Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The present contempt petition is arising out of the order dated 5th October 2012 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, at Bandra, Mumbai, in Interim Application No. 127 of 2011 and the order dated 22nd March 2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1379 of 2013 for non payment of maintenance charges. 3.
Both the counsel submits that divorce petition under Section 13 (b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 bearing in Petition No. A-58 of 2012 settled by filing consent terms. They placed on record a photocopy of the said order passed by the Hon'ble Court. Habeeb 1/2

The learned counsel Mr. Chavan for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development, he received instructions to withdraw the contempt petition, to that effect he has given in writing on farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification. 5.
Contempt petition is stand disposed of as withdrawn. 6.
No order as to costs.
