By this application filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, the applicant seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide CR No.321 of 2018 with the Vashi Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the alleged offence punishable under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned APP, on instructions of PI Sachin Gavate attached to Vashi Police Station, states that after investigation in the said CR, the police have filed "A"-summary report on 18th May 2022.
