Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The following order is Passed, by consent :- (a) The Order passed by the First Labour Court, Nashik in MISC.APP. WC.

No.93 of 2008 dated 29 th April, 2013 is set aside.

(b) W.C.A. (Fatal) Case No.19 of 2002 and W.C.A. (Fatal) Case No.45 of 2002 are restored to file.

(c) The Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and the Labour Court at Nashik shall allow the Opponents to file their Written Statements within a period of four weeks from today. Upon the Written Statement being filed, W.C.A. (Fatal) Case No.19 of 2002 and W.C.A. (Fatal) Case No.45 of 2002 shall be disposed off within a period of sixteen weeks.

The Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and the Labour Court at Nashik shall also not grant adjournment/s to either side unless absolutely necessary.
