914-wp-13274-2023-group.doc The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that these Writ Petitions can be disposed of in the light of the order dated 11th October, 2023 passed in connected Writ Petition being Writ Petition No. 11572 of 2023 (Mohammed Sajid Abdul Kadar Patwekar v/s. The State of Maharashtra & Others) with other Writ Petitions. The learned Counsel submits that interim order dated 21st September, 2023 was passed in all these Writ Petitions. However, the present Writ Petition could not be heard along with Writ Petition No.11572 of 2023.

Considering the similarity of the facts and by adopting the reasons assigned in the order dated 11th October, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 11572 of 2023, these Writ Petitions are disposed of in similar terms.

Paragraph 4 of the aforesaid order is reproduced herein below:- "

We are, therefore, of the view that all these petitioners are entitled for their appropriate registration on the Pavitra Portal and accordingly, we direct the Maharashtra State Examination Council, Pune to treat the applications of all these petitioners regarding their selfcertification made on the Pavitra Portal as having been received before expiry of the last date of submissions of such applications. We further direct the Maharashtra State Examination Council, Pune to deal with those applications in accordance with law. All these petitions are disposed of."
